The boardwalk is two and a half miles of
fun with 3 amusement piers, 2 water parks, 7 roller coasters. It
boasts of the tallest Ferris wheel on East coast, carnival games,

Can I make a reservation
without coming to see it?
We are at the corner of 17th
Avenue and New Jersey Avenue. Our address is 1701 New Jersey Avenue
and we are open daily 10 am to 6pm.
How do I go about making a
reservation?
Each of our Wildwood Vacation
Rentals has their very own page. Once you've selected your property
please fill out the online reservation form located on the
property's page. One of our rental agents will contact you during
normal business hours. Please do not include and credit card
information on the online form.
What time is check-in and
check-out?
Check in time is 2:00PM and check-out is
10:00AM. Keys must be picked up at our office during normal
business hours.
When I arrive, what do I
need to bring with me?
You will need any additional
monetary deposits, sheets, pillowcases, pool/beach towels, laundry
and dish detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, shampoo, paper
products, beach chairs, food including
staples (sugar, salt, etc.). Each
unit is unique and we try to put as much information as possible in our written
leases. Please review your lease to make sure you bring the right
size sheets and to check what is and what is not supplied.
Is there usually a
telephone in the rental properties?
With the growing usage of cell
phones, individual unit phones may or may not be provided. Please be
sure to bring your cell phone along for emergency purposes.
Can friends visit while we
are renting?
Yes, friends and family can
visit but you are restricted to the number of persons that occupy
the property spelled out in your lease. If you exceed that number, you will be in violation of
the lease. The lease will be terminated right away with no monies
being returned to you. Friends or guests are not permitted to
utilize the common elements such as pools or sundecks.
If I pay a security
deposit, do I get it back the day I leave?
State Law requires your
security deposit to be returned within 30 days of your departure
although we try and return your deposit within two weeks of your check-out date unless the
property was not left in the same clean condition as you received it
or if there were any damages. You are expected to return the unit in
the same condition you found it when you first arrived, therefore
any excessive cleaning will be charged. If you have any other
questions, please feel free to call us at any time. We are here to
help you.
What is your cancellation
policy?
Island Realty
Group does NOT
hold your deposit money. All deposits are sent to the owner with a copy of the lease. It is up to the owner to retain or release the
deposit when notified of a cancellation. If he is agreeable to release
it, he reserves the right to hold your deposit until he has received the
deposit from the new tenant booking the period you cancelled. If you must cancel your reservation, notify
us immediately in writing. We will then place the property on
our active rental list. Please note there are no cancellations,
adjustments or allowances due to inclement weather.
