POOL RULES - 1400 SURF AVENUE

Warning- NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

This pool is not required by state law to have a lifeguard on duty. Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. The pool shall be closed when the owner(s) or manager is not on the premises. Pool hours: 10 AM - 7 PM

1. Any persons showing evidence of communicable skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, cold, nasal or ear discharge or other types of contagious disease shall be denied admission

2. Any person with excessive sunburn, open cuts or blisters shall be denied

3. Do not enter the water if you are experiencing or recovering from diarrhea or have any signs or symptoms of gastrointestinal (stomach) distress in the previous few days

4. All children in diapers must wear plastic or rubber pants over their diaper. These pants should have elastic waist and leg bands

5. Do not wash out soiled diapers in the bathing area

6. Children should be reminded to use the restroom before entering the water. Please report any "accidents" you observe in the bathing area to the management or a condo owner

7. No animals, except for service animals shall be allowed in the swimming area

8. Glass containers are strictly prohibited in the enclosed are up to and including the eating areas and grilling stations

9. When using the grilling stations or eating areas, please clean up after yourself. Tables should be wiped down, all trash removed and grills cleaned

10. The pool area will be closed in the event of an electrical storm

11. Persons suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be prohibited from entering the water

12. Conduct endangering the safety and comfort of others will not be tolerated

13. Pool usage is for tenants of the condo ONLY

Other Useful Condominium Information

1. Washers and dryers are available from 10 AM - 11 PM when the doors will be locked. Please be courteous to the next user by remembering your times and removing your items promptly. Washers run on a 20 minute cycle, dryers 30 minutes

2. Trash collection is Tuesday and Fridays during the summer -  recyclables are collected Fridays. Trash and recyclables are to be put out on the north side of the building in the fenced area

3. Please be aware that the complex is multi-leveled. Show courtesy to those above and/or below you
