SEASONAL
A
seasonal building is closed from approximately November until
spring. That does not mean you cannot come down to your condo. It
only means that there is no water available in the complex. You
cannot "use" your condo because of this. However, if you don't mind
the lack of heat and lack of water, you can do minor repairs, sit
and relax. There is electricity.
FINANCING
We
definitely can get very favorable financing for these units. Even
though they are seasonal and have a number of investors as buyers,
